With the evolution that is happening in India, the need for more women in the workplace is essential. One of the major obstacles that businesses face today is the integration of women into the workplace. Despite various efforts to attract women as employees, these efforts have so far been ineffective (on average: from 90 female applications only 1 is successful).
GTG understands that diversity, particularly in the area of gender needs to be addressed in a respectful yet
impactful manner, such that the ratio of women to men in the workplace (women currently make up 23%) is improved and that all employees feel included in the organisation culture.
