Measurables – Your Return on Investment

When the company chooses GTG as their partner, it becomes GTG’s responsibility to ensure there is right ROI to the client so that they achieve their KPIs from the training opted for.

We deliver more than just training. Employees are monitored and motivated to have the highest through put percentage and knowledge is deployed to make every individual efficient.

 

  • 100% mandatory attendance is communicated for completion of the course
  • Calling every absentee after each session to know the reason and if the required approval was taken from the business
  • Calling every participant who fails in the performance tests to know the reason of failing e.g. concept not clear, no time for preparation, challenge with trainer, etc.
  • Details forwarded to the client and GTG counsellor to give required guidance to the participants and improve the employees’ performance going forward.

We publish this data to the client and actions taken in report format. Example of the content in our reports:

  • Summary Report after every session of course: highlights class attendance, reason for non-attendance, tests results with comments, Student feedback summary and Faculty feedback. Consolidation of participants from different verticals, processes and location.
  • Online Test Report: We track how many tests have been taken by an individual and their performance.

 

  • R-A-G Report: Each participant is rated on Red, Amber and Green depending on their performance throughout the course on metrics such as attendance, tests results, no. of attempts for online tests, faculty feedback, etc.
  • Result Analysis Report: Post the final results, we analyse the performances and probe all factors responsible for the successful and unsuccessful results. We share this information with you.

Mock Exams–Ongoing testing

GTG mock exams allow students to test their knowledge under examination conditions. We mark the papers, adding feedback reinforcing problem areas. This includes a set of suggested solutions in time for the student to go over areas which need improvement prior to the actual exam. Individual student feedback is given to employees and also to you.

Training Participation Certificate

We offer participants a certificate on course completion to acknowledge that they have completed their study. The certificate is based on certain criteria being met.
